1 sugar-free lime gelatin (package) , 4-serving (orange or any flavor you like)
1/2 cup water , boiling water
2 cup fresh cubed cantaloupe
8 oz low-fat plain yogurt
Combine in a small bowl gelatin and boiling water until gelatin is dissolved.
In a blender, combine gelatin mixture, cantaloupe, and yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour cantaloupe mixture into ten 3-ounce ice-pop molds or paper cups. (If using paper cups, cover the cups with foil. Cut a small slit in the center of each foil cover and insert a wooden stick into each cup.) Freeze pops for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.
To serve, remove pops from ice-pop molds, or remove foil from paper cups and tear paper away from pops. Enjoy!
