Fat Free Ranch Veggie Dip

Ingredients
  • Makes 40 Servings

  • 16 oz Cottage Cheese, 1% fat , or ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 cup fat free milk

  • 2 medium garlic cloves , peeled and minced

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 3 tbsp light mayonnaise , or light dressing

  • 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar

  • 2 tsp sweetener (sugar substitute)

Directions
  1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. For a pareve (non-dairy) dip, substitute low-fat pareve cheese for cottage cheese and low-fat, low-carb soy milk for the skim milk.

  2. Serve with an assortment of cut vegetables.
