Roasted Green Beans with Peppers & Onion

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. whole frozen green beans, ends trimmed

  • 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips

  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into thin strip

  • 1 lg. onion, cut into thin strips

  • 1/2 c. Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 1/2 c. Kraft Shredded Low-Moisture Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400. Toss vegetables with dressing in large roasting pan.

  2. Bake 30 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring after 15 min. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 2 to 3 min. ot until cheese is melted.

  3. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 2 to 3 min. until cheese is melted.
