Peachy Ham Kabobs

  • 1/4 lb Pork, ham, rump, roasted, diced , cut into 3/4-inch cubes

  • 1 Banana, medium, fresh , cut into 1/2-inch slices

  • 8 1/4 oz Pineapple, chunks, with juice, canned , drained; reserve juice

  • 1/4 cup Preserves, peach

  • 1 tbsp Juice, pineapple, unsweetened, with add vitamin C, canned

  1. Drain pineapple chunks, reserving juice.

  2. Thread wooden skewers evenly with ham, banana and pineapple.

  3. In small bowl, stir together peach preserves and 1 tablespoon of reserved pineapple juice.

  4. Brush sauce over kabobs.
