Oven Baked Okra

  • 3 cup fresh okra

  • 1 cooking spray

  • 1 cup chopped tomato

  • 1 cup fresh chopped onion

  • 1 cup medium green bell peppers , chopped

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.

  2. Evenly spread the okra along the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking dish pre-coated with cooking spray.

  3. Layer the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients over the okra.

  4. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.

  5. Stirring occasionally, bake for 1 hour, or until the okra is tender.
