Gluten Free Bread

Ingredients
  • 1 eggs

  • 3 oz egg whites (~1/3 cup)

  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup canola oil

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 1/2 cup fat free milk , warm

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp Gum, xanthan

  • 1/2 cup Flour, tapioca, stone ground

  • 1/4 cup Flour, garbanzo bean, stone ground

  • 1/4 cup Flour, millet, whole grain

  • 1 cup Flour, rice, white

  • 1 cup Flour, rice, brown

  • 1 tbsp Yeast, baker's, dry active

Directions
  1. Begin by placing the ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer and then bake according to machine directions.

  2. Five minutes into the cycle, check the consistency of the dough: if necessary, add additional rice flour or liquid.

  3. When the bread is finished, let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan and serving.
