Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 12.5-oz can cooked chicken drained

  • 1/4 cup diced celery

  • 1/4 cup golden raisins

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/8 tsp pepper

  • 3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise

  • 6 slices whole-wheat bread

Directions
  1. Place drained chicken in a bowl. Add celery, raisins, cranberries, almonds, salt, and pepper.

  2. Stir in mayonnaise until well blended.

  3. Spread into bread.
