1 4-serving-size package sugar-free orange-flavored gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups cubed ripe cantaloupe
1 8-ounce carton plain low-fat yogurt
In a small bowl combine gelatin and boiling water until gelatin is dissolved. In a blender, combine gelatin mixture, cantaloupe, and yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour cantaloupe mixture into ten 3-ounce ice-pop molds or paper cups,
If using paper cups, cover the cups with foil. Cut a small slit in the center of each foil cover; insert a wooden popcycle stick into each cup. Freeze pops for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.
To serve, remove pops from ice-pop molds, or remove foil from paper cups and tear paper away from pops.
