Sriracha Chicken Slaw

A no-fuss, quick and spicy meal.

Sriracha Chicken Slaw
  • 1 cup shredded coleslaw lettuce

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

  • 1/4 cup chopped kale

  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken

  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce

  • 2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce

  • 1 TBSP honey

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  1. Toss all the ingredients together.

  2. Serve over cooked quinoa.

This slaw is the greatest. I need to know where the other 8g of fat come from. I saw that 3g were from Sat Fat. My husband and I love Sriracha sauce very much and it is great in this Chicken Slaw. Thank you for sharring.
