Beef Stir Fry

A juicy, honey-ginger sauce coats this beef stir-fry for an unforgettable flavor.

Beef Stir Fry
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup tamari (low sodium soy sauce)

  • 1 TBSP honey

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger

  • 2 TBSP sesame oil

  • 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch chunks

  • 2 large zucchini, sliced and quartered

  • 1/2 cup grated carrots

  • 1 large red pepper, diced

  • 1 cup snow peas

  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced

  • 3 cups cooked brown rice

Directions
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together and set aside.

  2. Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat. Cook beef until browned.

  3. Push the meat aside and add all the veggies except the green onion.

  4. Add the sauce and saute until vegetables are getting tender but are still crisp.

  5. Serve over 1/2 cup cooked brown rice. Top with green onion and sesame seeds in desired.
