Tomato, Chive, and Cream Cheese Bagel

Specialty products like low carb bagels are great alternatives when counting carbs. Spread with cream cheese and top with tomatoes and chives for a satisfying, low carb snack.

Tomato, Chive, and Cream Cheese Bagel
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain cream cheese

  • 1 low-carb bagel (check out the Great Low-Carb Bread Company's Everything Bagel)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives

  • 1 small tomato sliced in rounds

Directions
  1. Slice bagels in half (if not pre-sliced) and toast in the toaster or oven.

  2. Spread cream cheese on both slices.

  3. Top the cream cheese with fresh chives and tomato slices.
