Blueberry Banana Parfait

A combination of healthy fats, antioxidants, fiber and protein are packed into this stress-free snack.

Blueberry Banana Parfait
  • 1 large banana

  • 2 cups non-fat, plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

  • Cinnamon (optional)

  1. In four small bowls, divide yogurt into 1/2 cup servings.

  2. Slice banana into even slices.

  3. Divide banana slices and blueberries into four, even servings and place on top of Greek yogurt.

  4. Sprinkle 1 Tbs. of chopped pecans and a dash of cinnamon (optional) on top of parfaits. Serve chilled.
