Apples and Peanut Butter

A combination of protein and carbohydrates helps sustain satiety and prolong energy. For a quick and simple pick me up, pair apples and peanut butter.

Apples and Peanut Butter
  • 1 small apple

  • 2 Tbs. peanut butter

  1. Cut the apple into quarters.

  2. Remove core and seeds with knife.

  3. Cut the quarters into wedges.

  4. Serve with peanut butter
