Chocolate Fudge Pops

Coconut milk, avocado and banana add a rich and creamy texture to these chocolaty fudge pops.

Chocolate Fudge Pops
Ingredients
  • 1 avocado

  • 1 large banana

  • 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk, from a can

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt

Directions
  1. In a food processor, process all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Spoon evenly into popsicle molds.

  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
