Egg White Crepe

Light and tasty, this gluten-free, dairy-free crepe is easy to make and has only two grams of carbs.

Egg White Crepe
  • 1 egg white

  • 1 teaspoon coconut flour

  • 1 tablespoon almond milk (or other milk)

  • Something to butter your pan (I used a canola oil spray)

  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk well; you may need to use a blender.

  2. Let sit for at least 5 minutes. Whisk again.

  3. Pour onto a cool pan, turn on heat to medium. Once the bottom is done, flip.

  4. Once your crepe is cooked, eat!

This looks yummy and so low carb…add some goodies on top and it is good to go!
Note: the photo is VERY deceptive. There is no wheat in this recipe which is important for those of us with allergies.

I agree Liz, I think you should top it with any yummy low carb topping like berries or coconut!

Eat? al by itself?! I think adding some cream cheese and some berries than roll it up sounds good and wouldn't increase your carbs that much
