Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Ham

Ingredients
  • 3 lb.Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and halved lengthwise

  • 1/4 c. chopped low-fat ham

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 deg.F

  2. Combine all ingredients except the parmesan cheese in a 9-x12-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for about 25 min. until lightly browned.

  3. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
