Low-Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
  • 1 cup hot coffee

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup unnsweetened vanilla almond milk, heated if desired

  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • Sweetener to taste (optional—calories not included)

Directions
  1. Whisk together 1/3 cup coffee with the remaining ingredients in a tall glass or mix in a blender.

  2. Carefully pour the pumpkin mixture into the remaining coffee and serve immediately.
