Pumpkin Pie Shake

Most pumpkin treats are loaded with sugar and fat. This refreshing shake is low in calories and high in vitamins and minerals.

Pumpkin Pie Shake
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla (40 cals)

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • Dash of Ginger, Nutmeg and Ground Cloves

  • 1-2 Ice Cubes

  • 2-4 packets of Splenda

Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients until frothy and light. Makes one serving.

  2. Pour into a glass and add a dollop of FF Cool Whip and a sprinkle of additional spice if desired (not counted in the calorie total).
