Apple, Cranberry and Orange Relish

  • 1 medium apples , shredded

  • 1 Oranges, navels, fresh, 2 7/8" , peeled and quartered

  • 2 cup fresh cranberries (or frozen)

  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander

  • 1 tsp Equal packets

  1. Place the orange and cranberry in a blender. Pulse until chopped.

  2. Add the apples, coriander, and sweetener. Process to mix.

  3. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.

looks good, I have some leftover cranberries from another diabetes recipe so now I can use them elsewhere. Should be good with the Thanksgiving leftovers. Our thanksgiving is this weekend. Carol
