suger-free candied peanuts

  • 2 cups of roasted peanuts

  • 1 raw egg white

  • 1/4 tap salt

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup

  • (I like maple grove best).

  1. Preheat oven to 350 f

  2. Either use a non- stick baking sheet, or cover with foil, or use a silicon mat.

  3. Whisk egg white until foamy.

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients except for peanuts, and whisk together.

  5. Add peanuts, and stir to coat.

  6. Spread on baking sheet in single layer,

  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until mixture is dry and not soggy.
