1/2 C of your butter of choice
1/4 C of any jam, preserves, jelly or marmalade (I love using strawberry preserves or orange marmalade best)
Just add in 1/4 C of jam to 1/2 C butter. Use a food processor to make the butters. Just pop everything in and then pulse!
These are wonderful as gifts, for parties and for any other use you can think of.
