Beef and Macaroni Goulash

Just the way my Grandpa used to make it!

Beef and Macaroni Goulash
  • 1 pound Ground beef, lean

  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 28 oz, can Crushed Tomatoes

  • 1 box Elbows, Dreamfields Low-Digestible Pasta, cooked

  1. Brown ground beef in large frying pan, drain the excess grease.

  2. Add onion and pepper, cook until soft

  3. Add tomatoes and simmer

  4. Meanwhile cook elbows in a large pot, drain.

  5. Combine beef mixture with elbows, serve hot
