This a a creamy change for jello lovers. Unlike whipped cream that separates, the yogurt says suspended and creates a wonderfully creamy dessert.Ingredients
1 box sugar free cherry or black cherry jello
1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt (reserve 1/3 cup and set aside for topping)
1 cup halved or chopped pitted fresh cherries
Prepare jello according to box directions. Add 2/3 cup of yogurt to jello mixture and whisk until blended.
Pour mixture into 4 ramikins or other individual serve dishes. Gently add 1/4 cup of cherries to each bowl. (if you want them to not sink to the bottom, allow the jello to set slightly before adding cherries). Refrigerate until set.
Serve with a spoonful of yogurt on top and top with a single pitted cherry on top.
To reduce carbs, omit the chopped cherries and serve with out the fruit.
Don't like cherry? Try it with orange for an orange cream or strawberry for strawberries and cream treat.
