Tuna snacks

Ingredients
  • 1 can 6oz water packed chunk light tuna

  • 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese

  • 1 tblsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tblsp minced onion

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 18 1/2 inch sliced seedless cucumber

  • 18 capers(optional)

Directions
  1. combine tuna, cream cheese, parsley, onion, oregano, and pepper. mix well

  2. mound about 1 tblsp tuna mix on top of each cucumber slice-to serve cold add capers

  3. to serve hot preheat oven to 450. Spray cooking sheet w/nonstick spray. Bake 10 minuted or until tops are puffec and brown-add capers and serve
