Ray's Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 6-8 strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • ice

  • 'Kool-Aid' type mix, sugar free (several different flavors can work, I like berry or punch flavors)

  • 1/4 c water

  • Sugar free whipped topping (optional)

Directions
  1. Throw the strawberries in a blender, along with enough ice to fill it to the top.

  2. Disolve the drink mix into the water, and add it to the blender.

  3. Blend until its a nice slushy consistency

  4. Serve garnished with a strawberry slice and a healthy blob of the sugar free whipped topping

  6. Serves about 3 happy portions
