Nutmeg Custard

Ingredients
  • 3 Cups water Heated

  • 1 Cup Liquid Egg Substitute

  • 1 Cup Milk, Skim LowFat

  • 2 oz. Splenda

  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1 pinch ground Nutmeg

Directions
  1. PreHeat Oven to 325

  2. Put the hot water, egg substitiute, skim milk, Splenda, sugar, vanilla and salt in a blender and pulse till it becomes smooth

  3. Spoon the mixture in 6 ounce Custard Cups(Sprinkle Nutmeg on Top)

  4. Place Cups in a baking Pan and fill pan with i inch hot water. Bake for 40 minutes.

  5. Serve cold or warm
