Cheese-Stuffed Jalapenos
By ryanmmurano
You're just four ingredients away from having this spicy, delectable masterpiece of a snack. Simply put cheese, bacon and bread crumbs in jalapeño halves and grill them on the stove. Enjoy!

-
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cut into strips
-
15 jalapeno peppers
-
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
-
1/4 cup real bacon bits
Cut all jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove all seeds. (Wear gloves when dealing with the peppers as the oils from the peppers can burn skin - and don't touch your face!)
Place a cheese strip in each pepper half; sprinkle with bread crumbs and bacon.
Grill peppers, covered, over medium-hot heat for 4-6 minutes or until peppers are tender and cheese is melted. Serve warm. Makes 30.
