Low-carb, low calorie, high fiber, no sugar added, soy free, dairy free, gluten free and vegan.Ingredients
2 Small Ripe Bananas
3 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Packets Truvia or Stevia
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Scoops Chocolate Vega
1/2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking sheet.
Peel bananas. Add to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Mix in: baking powder, baking soda, vanilla and Truvia. Mix in flax seed. Stir in Chia seeds. The batter should look like a poppy seed muffin batter.
Add 2 scoops of chocolate vega protein mix. You could mix in three if you’d like to add more protein to the brownies.
To give the brownies an extra chocolate boost, stir in unsweetened cocoa powder.
Spread out brownie batter evenly across the baking sheet. (about 1/2 inch thick) The batter cooks how it is put onto the baking sheet, no rising or flattening. Bake 10-12 minutes.
