Turkey-Cranberry Wrap

A healthy and delicious lunch or dinner. Wrap up turkey with romaine lettuce, a little cream cheese and some cranberry sauce.

Turkey-Cranberry Wrap
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese spread

  • 1 light flatbread or tortilla

  • 1 cup torn romaine lettuce

  • 3 ounces sliced/shredded cooked turkey or chicken breast meat

  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sugar or light cranberry sauce

  1. Spread cream cheese over one side of flatbread. Top with romaine, turkey, and cranberry sauce. Roll up flatbread to enclose filling.

Could you use carb smart tortillas? I would even try to roll it in lettuce if I needed to reduce the carbs.
