1 cup almond flour
3 TBSP coconut oil, divided
3 TBSP raw honey, divided
Dash sea salt
Almond slices for garnish, optional
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Mix the almond flour, 2 TBSP coconut oil, 2 TBSP honey and sea salt.
Roll into 12 balls and press them flat on the cookie sheet with the bottom of a cup or jar.
Bake 5-7, until edges begin it brown.
Let cool on the cookie sheet (they will harden as they cool).
Press almond slices in still warm cookies if desired.
Melt the remaining coconut oil and honey and mix together. Drizzle over the cookies.
