Creamy Yogurt Salad Dressing
  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or grape seed oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (as pure as possible, try organic)

  1. I use a pint canning jar, add all ingredients and shake vigorously to combine and refrigerate at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  2. Try this on a mixed greens or spinach salad..
