Crock Pot Short ribs

  • 3/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup splenda brown sugar mix (original recipe called for 1 cup brown sugar splenda halfs that and i decided to cut it down even more

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 2lbs beef or pork short ribs

  1. put all ingredients in a crock pot

  2. 2a. cook on low 8 hours if meat was not frozen

  3. 2b. cook on high for 1 hr and 8 hours on low if meat was frozen

  4. serve

  5. hardest part of this recipe is limiting yourself to just 1 serving also i made an assumption that for 2lbs bone in beef short ribs only 1lb is meat i probably should have deboned and then weighed it but will do that next time or get boneless

Sounds like a great recipe. Carbs are low enough per serving..
Ingredients, great,…I will definitely make these ribs.
