Sugar-Free Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Create instant frozen yogurt for a healthy dessert in just 10 minutes by blending frozen strawberries with yogurt in a food processor. This healthy frozen yogurt recipe is sweetened with Splenda®, making it a sugar-free treat. Use a different favorite frozen fruit in place of the strawberries if you like.

Sugar-Free Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
  • 1 16-ounce package frozen unsweetened strawberries (about 3 1/2 cups)

  • 1/2 cup Splenda┬« Granulated

  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions
  1. Combine strawberries and Splenda® in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Combine yogurt and lemon juice in a measuring cup; with the machine on, gradually pour the mixture through the feed tube. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the workbowl once or twice. Serve immediately.

Will try using mixed berries that come in a frozen bag at the store. Will also use blue berries. Can't east all that many strawberries
