Strawberry and rhubarb make for a tangy and sweet combination.

Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothie
  • ½ cup strawberries

  • ½ cup rhubarb, chopped

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • ½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a colder and creamier smoothie freeze the strawberries before hand or add a handful of ice to the blender.
