Honey Baked Chicken Wings
These honey baked chicken wings are a great twist on classic chicken wings.

-
12 chicken wings
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp chili powder
-
1/2 tsp garlic salt
-
1/2 tsp pepper
-
3 TBS honey
-
2 TBS low sodium soy sauce
-
1 TBS lemon juice
Mix all the marinade ingredients together. Toss with the chicken wings and cover to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with foil. Reserve the extra sauce for basting.
Bake 30-35 minutes. Baste the wings with the sauce during the last 5 minutes.
If you'd like them extra crispy, place under a broiler for a few minutes.

3, because of the salt and the carbs, if you have more than one piece.
I AM GOING TO SERVE THESE WINGS AT MY PARTY THIS WEEKEND THE RECIPE IS EASY AND I'M NOT GOING TO HAVE ANY CLEAN UP PROBLEMS. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
These sound and look good… I will be trying these one of these days.. sounds like they're easy enough to make;-)
We really enjoyed this dish. I made some salute veggies on the side. I cooked it in my NuWave. It was just fabulous!
Luv it I just leave out lemon juice (reflux disease)
This tastes just as good on boneless skinless chicken thighs done on the BBQ or in a hot oven.
rose, the chicken skin police aren't gonna show up to judge you but you can take the skin off (before or after) if you have the patience for it.
I don't like things too spicy…I get heartburn… So I'm going to use less chili powder!! Wow looks so yummy!! Can I take the skin off… Or just not eat it when it's cooked!??
