This recipe is a healthy, gluten free take on chicken fried steak.Ingredients
• 1 lb Cube Steak, in 4 serving portions
• 1/2 cup Bobs Gluten Free Flax Seed Meal
• 1/4 cup Cheese Shredded Parmesan
• 1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
• 1 Egg, beaten
• 2 tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Combine flax seed meal, Parmesan cheese and parsley in a flat dish. In another dish, beat the egg with a little water.
Season each steak with salt and pepper, if you like. Dip each steak into egg and then the crumb mixture.
In a skillet, heat up coconut oil and cook the steaks until done, flipping them part way through. About 3 to 5 minutes per side.
