By tinkerbell54

  • 1 bag of 12 oz. cranberries

  • 24 packages of stevia (1 cup)

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1 orange

  1. put cranberries, 1 1/2 cups water in a pot.

  2. add the 24 packages of Stevia (1 cup), grate the orange peel and put it in with the cranberries.

  3. Put the pot on high heat.Turn the pot off when cranberries pop.Put the cranberries in mold.

  4. If you don't have a mold, you can use a bunt pan. That's what I use. My family loves it. Ruth Tinkerbell54

Basically, I do the same thing except I also squeeze in the juice from the orange and add just a little ground cloves to the parade. I cook mine a little longer too, about three to four minutes past the last of the popping and the sauce leaves a line on the back of a spoon. Last year, a friend gave me a single serving asparagus pot, never thought I would use it till this year when I brought it out for use as my cranberry mold!

I try this for Thanksgiving with out the orange. I also cook my pumpkin bread with stevia for the first time.
