Sweet Peanut Buttery Dip

  • 1/3 cup fat-free vanilla-flavored yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter

  • 2tsp packed dark brown sugar

  • 2 medium bananas, sliced

  1. Using a fork or whisk, stir the yogurt, peanut butter, and brown sugar together in a small bowl until completely blended.

  2. Serve with banana slices an wooden toothpicks, if desired.

  3. Can use honey instead of brown sugar, you can cover and store in refrigerator for 5 days.
