Hawaiian Meat Wrap

Hawaiian Meat Wrap
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 TBL mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp. white vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp. milk

  • 1 1/2 tsp. C&H light sugar

  • 1 cup coleslaw mix

  • 4 slices black forest ham

  • 6 slices genoa salami

  • 4 slices havarti cheese

Directions
  1. Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, milk and sugar. Toss with the coleslaw mix and set aside.

  2. Lay out 2 slices of the black forest ham, so that they are only slightly overlapping. Next, layer 3 slices of salami down the center, also only slightly overlapping. Repeat with 2 slices of havarti cheese.

  3. Spread 1/2 cup of the coleslaw down the center.

  4. Roll up.

I did use lean ham, and instead of the slaw with the mayo, just used plain slaw mix…came out yummy

At this point in my life I am not worried about sodium, just carbs. I'm in love with this recipe. The presentation here is gorgeous!

Black forest ham is typically salty. To reduce sodium I'd bet you can just choose a different deli meat. Either way, breadless=low carb, and that's the name of my game.

Content is awesome, looks/sounds delicious. Totally making this one. Ham, cheese, and coleslaw, total win.
