~ 5 tsp. onion powder ~ 1/4 tsp celery seed
~ 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
~ 2 !/2 tsp paprika
~ 2 1/2 tsp dry mustard
~ 1 1/2 tsp crushed thyme leaves
~ 1/2 tsp white pepper
Mix all of the spices together.
You can put it in those small containers such as Rubbermade, or Tupperware, or if you have an empty spice container rinse it out thoroughly and store this your Spice Blend in that. Put in the bottom of your container a few grains of uncooked rice. This will help keep the condensation out so the Spice Blend won't cake up or stick together.

- This recipe makes about 1/3 cup. A little bit of spice goes a long way - use it sparingly. Be careful not to over-season your dish!!!
