Snow Peas with Creamy Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  • Total Time: 25 minutes

  • 1/3 cup nonfat buttermilk

  • 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

  • 2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

  • 3 cups trimmed and thinly sliced snow peas, (about 9 ounces)

Directions
  1. 4 servings, about 2/3 cup each

  2. Combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, dill, onion, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in snow peas.
