Frothy Sunrise Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 4 ice cubes

  • 12 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 1 c. fresh orange juice with pulp

  • 3/4 c. low fat milk

Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients together on low speed for 30 seconds or until smooth.(if you less than a cup blender less than 5 cup capacity, blend in two batches.) Serve immediately.

I cant use yogurt. Anything I eat or drink with sugar it itches my hands to where it welt when I scratch it. I use Splenda in my coffee and to bake. So when use anything with real sugar I have discomfort. I thought it was eggs, or other stuff, but I eliminate every down to sugar. I had a large apple (golden delicious) the other afternoon and I start itching again but not as bad.

Is it possible that it raise my blood sugar so fast that it itches me?
