1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, drained
1 tsp liquid beef broth concentrate
2 TBS worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
3/4 cup sour cream
Brown and crumble ground beef in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic as soon as there is a little grease in the bottom of the pan, and cook until all pinkness is gone from the beef.
Serve over rice or pasta
Drain excess grease. Add mushrooms, broth, worcestershire and paprika. Stir in sour cream, then add salt and pepper to taste. Heat through, but do not boil.
