Any Day Fruit Smoothie (Gluten Free)
Ingredients
  • 2 oz silken tofu , drained

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries, frozen

  • 1 Banana, medium, fresh

  • 1 1/2 cup fat free milk (or soy milk)

  • 4 SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener packets

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree on high until smooth.

  2. Any type of frozen fruit can be used to make different flavors of smoothies.
