Corn Dogs

  • 3/4 Cup Reduced-Fat Bisquick

  • 1/4 Cup Cornmeal

  • 4 teaspoons Splenda Granular

  • 1/2 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Fat Free Milk

  • 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour

  • 8 Fat Free Hotdogs

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. In a shallow pan, combine the Bisquick, cornmeal, Splenda, and milk. Place the flour on a plate. Insert a popsicle stick, or wooden skewer into each hotdog. Roll each hotdog into the flour, then the batter to coat. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Coat each hotdog with butter flavored nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes, and then turn the hotdogs over carefully with a spatula. Coat each one with nonstick cooking spray again, and bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
