tried this just now, it doesn't look like the picture at all. (picture looks like a cheese biscuit), but it was tasty, a nice whole grain piece of heaven. It was about 1/2 inch thick, I did it in a flat bottom glass salad bowl. Would like a more cheesy taste. Might try an old cheddar next time. Is this gluten free as well?

Can't wait to try. I love the idea that its for 1 serving. No extra hanging around just in case temptation strikes.

This tastes great! I made it in a rectangular container and it came out just the right size. The cheddar really sets off the taste.

gotta try this with only 1.6 net carbs, if it tastes 1/2 as good as it sounds , it's a winner

The egg, cheese, and flax seed make the bulk. There is no flour to get the low carb count.

Interesting … a recipe for one slice! Shall have to try this. 5.6 is an impressively low carbohydrate count and a good 4 gm of fiber! Nice.
