Enjoy fish without a lot of fuss! Just add a few simple ingredients and bake in your oven.

Simple Baked Halibut
Ingredients
  • 4 halibut steaks (4ozs each)

  • 8 sprigs fresh thyme

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of ground pepper

  • 4 coined shaped lemon slices

Directions
  1. Preheat over to 375

  2. Put steaks in a baking dish; season w/thyme salt & pepper. Place a lemon slice on top of each steak. Cover dish, place in preheated oven & bake until fish is firm & begins to flake in the thickest part.

  3. Remove from over, & serve immediatly
