The BEST Tuna Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 can Albacore Tuna

  • 2/3 cup non-fat Cottage Cheese

  • 4 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt

  • 1/4 small red onion, chopped finely

  • 1 stalk celery, chopped finely

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • Splash of lemon juice

  • Pinch or two of dill

Directions
  1. Just throw into a bowl, give it a good mix and ENJOY!

  2. This works well as a lettuce wrap sandwich. Just place on a leaf of Romaine lettuce and roll up.

  3. The nutritional facts don't include bread as that will vary depending on what you buy. So if you use bread don't forget to add those carbs in.

Now you talking. Definatly will try it but low carb bread. Each slice is only 7 grams of carbs. I like the lettuce wrap also.
