I found this recipe to be a little heavy on the cream cheese. Next time I would use half. Plus it needed some other seasoning. I added pepper before eating. Though I must say the recipe I had did not call for the water. But I would still use less cream cheese.

The whole family likes this, which is a huge accomplishment. Once I made it with a Greek dressing packet from Fresh Market. It was excellent also.

Made this last weekend. We loved it. I just added a small amount of water with about 2 hours left on the cooking time. It was perfect. Will make again.

I think I will double the seasoning and use less water next time. Tasted good and I will make it again, my preferences are just a little more taste from the spices and a thicker sauce. Thanks for sharing.

Kezu, thank you for bringing that to my attention. Unfortunately it was not logical, I just mistyped :) I hope you can still enjoy the recipe, it's one of my favorites!

Just a question, and I"m sure the answer is logical. Why are we cooking it on low for 4hr and high for 7hr? Shouldn't that be reversed?
