Classic Salsa

  • 4 Tomatoes

  • 1 cup of yellow onion

  • 1 bunch of cilantro

  • juice from 2 limes

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • Jalapeno's I put in 4 medium and it makes a hot batch.

  • Salt and pepper to your taste.

  1. I just throw it all in my food processor and turn it on low.

  2. Comes out wonderful.

Nutritional Facts

Since the quantity you will eat is so small
and the carbs are very low. I won't list them
